You will need your account number to register, please contact D & E Management at 928-758-9999 or you can email info@dandemanagement.com for your account number or for help with registration.
*Zego charges a small fee for their services. Beginning Q3 2025, you may opt in for automatic ACH payments with no fee directly through D&E Management. If you would like to authorize ACH payments starting Q3 2025, please complete this form and return to D&E Management via mail or email.
